Navigating the Hidden Curriculum of Higher Education

In collaboration with the Bertram Group, Rising Tide Educators is pleased to present this free online workshop.

The transition from high school to college involves more than just academics—there's a whole set of unspoken expectations, skills, and strategies that can make or break a student's college success. This workshop pulls back the curtain on the Hidden Curriculum of higher education, revealing the essential knowledge that colleges assume students already have.

Designed for families with college-bound students that have a diagnosis, this session explores critical topics that often catch new students by surprise: managing newfound independence, advocating for yourself with professors, understanding academic resources, navigating campus systems, and developing effective study habits for college-level work.
