Rising Tide Educators is dedicated to preparing students with disabilities to thrive in higher education and beyond. Through intentional teaching, skill-building, and support structures Rising Tide Educators works to ensure that every student with a disability is equipped to successfully navigate the challenges of a post-secondary education in pursuit of their degree and the life of their dreams.

The College Essentials workshop is the signature program of Rising Tide Educators. Specifically curated from experts with more than 20 years experience supporting students with disabilities in higher education, this workshop is the ideal start point for students considering higher education. This dynamic session will empower students and their support network with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in higher education. This workshop covers, essential considerations during the college search process, resources to guide them throughout the process, and introduce skills that will be essential to their success in college!
